Synchron

Synchron is a series consist of mostly tuner monster. Synchron is deck is used by Yusei Fudo in Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's except for Fleur Synchron which is used by Sherry Leblanc. Among all these Synchron tuners, the one that has the major appearance since the beginning of the season is Junk Synchron (1st from top right).

Some of these Synchron tuners have their synchron counter parts which require them to the exact tuner to summon it. It is almost like an evolution from these weak tuners, to a stronger synchro monster.

For example:

Junk Synchron
- Junk Warrior (Level 5)
- Junk Gardna (Level 6)
- Junk Archer (Level 7)
- Junk Berserker (Level 7)
- Junk Destroyer (Level 8)

Nitro Synchron
- Nitro Warrior (Level 7)

Turbo Sychron
- Turbo Warrior (Level 6)

Road Synchron
- Road Warrior (Level 8)

Drill Synchron
- Drill Warrior (Level 6)

Fleur Synchron
- Chevalier De Fleur (Level 8)

A major key card in order to construct a Synchron deck using the above synchro monster is Quickdraw Synchron as it can be use as substitude for any synchro monster that requires a tuner with Synchron in its name and it can be special summon easily by dumping 1 monster in your hand to grave. There are a lot of trick to easily summon any of these synchro monster using Quickdraw Synchron. You can dump the following monster for Quickdraw Synchron's effect for easy synchro.

Quickdraw Synchron + Quillbolt Hedgehog = Junk Archer, Junk Berserker or Nitro Warrior
Quickdraw Synchron + Dandylion = Turbo Warrior, Drill WarriorJunk GardnaJunk Archer, Junk Berserker or Nitro Warrior
Quickdraw Synchron + Level Eater = Junk Warrior

These 3 is the most basic combo using Quickdraw Synchron. But, remember as Quickdraw Synchron dump 1 monster card from your hand to grave to special summon it, it quickly drain up your hand. So, if you lost the synchro monster you summoned by opponent's Bottomless Trap Hole, Solemn Warning, Solemn Judgment and so fort, practically you will have no back up.

Thus it is usually suggested to include protection cards like Dark Bribe, Seven Tools of the Bandit or Royal Decree. Most people consider Seven Tools of the Bandit is quite traditional as it is an old card which negates the effect of opponent's trap at the cost of 1000 LP. But me personally, I rather include it in my deck to compare to Dark Bribe whereby it can negates opponent's spell or trap but afterward, opponent's get to draw a card. The only reason that you might want opponents to draw more cards, if they are using an Infernity deck.If not, giving opponent just even extra 1 card, can put you to a major disadvantage.

Sometimes you might also want to make use of Hyper Synchron's special effect to boost the power of your dragon-type synchro monster. You might want to try the below deck. Just for fun, who knows you might be able to improve it.

All-Out Synchron Deck

Junk Synchron
Quickdraw Synchron
Debris Dragon
Synchron Explorer
Quillbolt Hedgehog
Tuningware
Darksea Rescue
Cyber Valley
Tuning
Reinforcement of the Army
One for One
Machine Duplication
Inferno Reckless Summon
Pot of Avarice
Mind Control
Call of the Haunted
Armory Arm
Junk Warrior
Ally of Justice Catastor
Junk Archer
Junk Berserker
Junk Gardna
Junk Destroyer
Chevalier De Fleur
Nitro Warrior
Turbo Warrior
Road Warrior
Iron Chain Dragon
Black Rose Dragon
Stardust Dragon
Mist Wurm

The deck focused on using the Inferno Reckless Summon or Machine duplication to call out as many Tuningware or Darksea Rescue to the field. As the name suggest, Inferno reckless summon did gave opponent the ability to swarm the field. But if you combine it with either Junk Synchron or Debris dragon, u should be able to  clear out most of opponent cards.

For example:

Normal summon Junk Synchron which allow special summon of Tuningware. Activate Inferno Reckless Summon, gives you 2 more Tuningware with its effect still intact allowing you to treat it as level 2 when use for synchro summon.

You can either summon:

Junk Destroyer - Lost 2 hand cards, destroy up to 3 cards on the field and draw 3 cards 2600 ATK beatstickers.
Junk Gardna - Lost 2 hand cards, draw 3 cards and formidable defense.
Black Rose Dragon - Lost 2 hand cards, clear the field and draw 3 cards.

Normal summon Debris Dragon which allow special summon of Tuningware. Activate Inferno Reckless Summon, gives you 2 more Tuningware with its effect still intact allowing you to treat it as level 2 when use for synchro summon.

You  can either summon:

Black Rose Dragon - Lost 2 hand cards, clear the field, draw 3 cards.
Stardust Dragon - Lost 2 hand cards, draw 3 cards and able negate destruction effects.
Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier - Lost 2 hand cards, draw 3 cards and remove 1 card that pose a threat each from opponent's grave field and randomly from opponent's hand.

But, note that on March 2012, Trishula, the Dragon of the Ice Barrier is banned seeming that its effect is quite broken and due to the easiness to summon it to compare to the beginning of Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's season.

Drill Warrior Lock Deck

Drill Synchron
Spell Striker
Quickdraw Synchron
Dandylion
Swift Scarecrow
Level Eater
Synchron Explorer
Zero Gardna
Scapegoat
Fires of Doomsday
Mind Control
One for One
Foolish Burial
Royal Decree
Drill Warrior

Above deck mainly focuses on summoning Drill Warrior, you ca include other synchro monsters as well in the extra deck, it's just that I want to show how is the lock works. The lock works if you have Drill Warrior on your field and at least 2 card from your hand which 1 of them must be Swift Scarecrow.

You can halve Drill Warrior's ATK in order to have it attack directly. After attacking, during your main phase 2, discard 1 card to remove it from play, remember not to choose Swift Scarecrow for this. By right you should have no monster you control. If opponent happens to have a monster to attack you directly, just activate Swift Scarecrow's effect by discarding it to grave to negate the attack and end the battle phase. During your next standby phase, Drill Warrior will return to your field with its full ATK. In addition, due to effect, you get to return 1 monster from you grave to your hand, obvious choice will be Swift Scarecrow. Since that you already draw this turn and plus the Swift Scarecrow is returned to your hand due to Drill Warrior's effect, the same combo can be done over and over and over again until opponent's life point is depleted by your direct attacks. You can also do similar combo using Zero Gardna, but you are required to normal summon it.

Key card for Synchron series is Tuning as it helps you search for any Synchron tuner monster from your deck which gives you the ability to control which monster you need to have in your hand.
